CanDo4You has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CanDo4You disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Please see link below for more information.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again or telephone you to confirm we have accepted your order. At this point the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance email is sent to you. If you have not supplied us with your email address, our confirmation of order page at the end of our ordering process will act as confirmation that we have received your order. No contract will be formed until you receive confirmation from us that we have accepted your order.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The customer has the right to cancel an order within 7 days of placing the order. Notification of cancellation should be made by email.

For returning products that you have already received, we require notification via email in advance of the return. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. All cancelled products are returned at the customer’s expense. We will return the cost of the cancelled product within 30 days of receiving the products.

It is not possible to change “Made to Order” products if the production process has already started. However, if the product has not gone into production, we shall endeavour to meet your request for changes or cancellations.

Any item can be returned for a refund if the product arrives damaged. Notification is required in writing within seven working days by email.

We do not refund for a personalised product due to mistakes made at the time of ordering or because you have changed your mind, unless the product has not been started. Once personalised products have been started, we do not have to issue a refund.

Exclusions of Liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of CanDo4You or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Delivery Charges

For full details please refer to individual products. All orders over £200 will be delivered free of charge. For overseas delivery (outside the UK), please email for a quote.

  • All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability
  • Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail
  • The content of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery service you will be offered- Delivery to some postcodes may take longer.
  • We accept orders from customers living in these countries for delivery in the UK: Canada, USA, Ireland, France, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, Spain, Belgium, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Singapore, Italy, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, China, Egypt, Taiwan, Denmark, Greece and South Africa.
  • We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses
  • Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm a time
  • We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way
  • We can deliver to the majority of UK post-codes
  • You will receive confirmation of your order within 48 hours
  • Please allow 14 days for UK delivery
  • Please allow 28 days for overseas delivery
