Q - Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. Our payment system is handled by HSBC, one of the worlds largest banks. They have the latest security protecting online transactions.
Q - Do you post to countries outside the UK?
Yes. We can post orders to almost any worldwide destination. Orders to Europe can take up to 14 days and Worldwide can take up to 28 days.
Q - Can I return a personlised item and get a refund?
If the item arrives damaged, we will replace the item, together with the engraving. We do not refund for mistakes made at the time of ordering or just because you have changed your mind, unless the item has not been started. Once the personalisation has started, we do not have to issue a refund.
Q - Can I cancel or change my order?
Stock Items: You have the legal right to cancel or change your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods should be returned in their original packaging and condition. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned goods less the cost of the original delivery charge.
Made To Order Items: It is not possible to cancel or change Made to Order Items if the production process has already started. However, if the product has not gone into production we shall endeavour to meet your request for changes/cancellations.
Q - What are Centers?
Centers are small round images (from 25mm) that go in the middle of Sheilds & Awards. If there is a small round circle with a picture on it, then these can normally be changed. If you select a product which features a center (Shield or Sporting Award), then we will offer you a choice. Select the PDF to view our range of Centers on offer.
