
The personalised products shown on our site are individually made to order and we aim to despatch finished pieces within the time shown for the individual product. . All other products will be posted from our retail centre within the time shown in the product description.
If we are unable to supply the goods to your required specification, you will be notified as soon as possible after we receive your order. You will be offered a full refund or an alternative product.
If we are unable to despatch your order within the specified delivery time, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date.
If the delivery cost is included in the price of the product it will be clearly shown in the description. All non UK orders will be charged accordingly. Some of our items are delivered by courier and will be delivered to the given address only. We reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery cost if the order is returned to us due to a failed delivery.
Delivery to some postcodes may take longer.
We accept orders from customers living in these countries for delivery in the UK: Canada, USA, Ireland, France, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, Spain, Belgium, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Singapore, Italy, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, China, Egypt, Taiwan, Denmark, Greece and South Africa.
We don't deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order.
We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
You will receive confirmation of your order within 48 hours.
We will aim to dispatch your order within 10 days of receiving your order.
